[Service Centre] Wireless connection is unavailable after a tablet "S/W Update (Android Upgrade)" or "Factory Data Reset"

If you perform a tablet "S/W Update (Android Upgrade)" or "Factory Data Reset" and your service centre uses a secure network, you must reconfigure the tablet settings for the service centre's secure network.

Solution:

If your service centre uses a secure network, change the Wi-Fi MAC address setting to a fixed MAC address when connecting to the network (Wi-Fi).
