<How to install KDS 2.0 via USB>

This guide explains how to install KDS 2.0 using a USB drive.

Follow the steps below to install KDS 2.0.

1.  Connect the USB drive to the tablet. 

Confirm that the tablet recognizes the USB drive.

2.  Open My Files on the tablet, and then select USB storage.

3. Select SmartLauncher.apk.

Ensure that the tablet PC is connected to Wi-Fi.

4. Select the Install button. 

5. Grant the required permissions to the Smart Launcher app.

6. Run Smart Launcher, and then enter the provided licence key. 

Select the 'OK' button.

7. Enter your GSW ID, password, and tablet Serial Number. 

8. Select the 'Recovery via USB' button.

9. Select the USB path as shown below.

If an SD card is inserted, more than one storage device may be displayed.

Select the connected USB drive.

Note: Steps 8 and 9 are required only for tablets running Android OS 11 or later.

10. Select the 'nvci' folder, and then select 'Use this folder' at the bottom of the screen. 

11. Installation will begin.

The installation process may take some time to complete.

12. After the installation is complete, log in using your GSW account.
