The app closes during the update on Android 14.

Symptom: The app closes during the update.

Cause: If your tablet PC is running Android 14, you must reinstall SmartLauncher before performing the update.

Solution

  1. Restart the tablet PC. 

  2. Go to [Settings > Apps > SmartLauncher].

3. Tap "Uninstall" at the bottom.

4. Scan the QR code below using your tablet PC. 

5. Download and install SmartLauncher on your tablet PC.

6. Launch KDS 2.0/KDS2.0 and perform the internet update again.
