Kia KDS 2.0 Displays a 'Failed to Connect to Update Server' Error During an Internet Update

Symptom: The 'Failed to connect to update server' error message appears during an Internet Update.

Solution:

Complete the following two steps.

1) Reset the server settings

Path: Configuration > Server > Reset > Save

2) Force stop KDS 2.0

Path: Settings > Apps > KDS 2.0 > Force stop

After completing these steps, start KDS 2.0 and perform the Internet Update.
