Internet update fails to resume after selecting the 'Retry' button

Symptom : The internet update fails to resume after the 'Retry' button is selected. When the 'Retry' button is selected during the internet update, the progress returns to 0%.

Cause : This issue is likely caused by a server problem. 

Temporary Solution : Do not select the 'Retry' button. Instead, select 'Close' to close the window, and then select the Globe icon on the main screen, as shown below. The internet update will resume downloading from the point at which it stopped.
