PU Vehicle Model: Transmitter Code Saving Compatibility

The Transmitter Code Saving function for the PU Vehicle Model uses a protocol that is not supported by VCI2.

During VCI3 development, the protocol support range was initially configured to match VCI2.
However, due to high usage in the field, additional updates were made, and VCI3 now supports this protocol.

Therefore, for PU keyless coding communication, please use VCI or VCI III.
