On 2025-10-23, a KDS 2.0 diagnostic number e-Report transmission failure occurred in some environments. Service has now been fully restored. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused. We will continue ongoing monitoring to prevent the same issue from affecting the service again.
Users who experienced a transmission failure today should note that, following completion of the recovery work, the affected cases are being transmitted sequentially to the e-Report server.

Additional Information for Users Who Experienced a Transmission Failure Today
- Cases that failed today are being uploaded automatically and sequentially.
- Keep the diagnostic device (tablet) powered on without shutting it down to allow the automatic upload to proceed.
- Confirm the transmission status under KDS 2.0 > bottom of the Main Home screen > e-Report menu.
- If any untransmitted cases remain, please contact 1588-3665.
