FAQ | KCL Module Errors During Installation

1. Network Check Failure

If the error shown below occurs while installing the KCL module set, request VIN removal from GIT using the inquiry form.

2. SIM Card ICCID Is Not Displayed

A SIM card or hardware defect is suspected. 

If the following screen appears with no text or numbers displayed in the ICCID field, retry the installation using the following workarounds:

A. Replace the SIM card and retry the installation.

B. Replace the module set and retry the installation. 

If the issue persists, submit an inquiry to GIT.
