How to Check and Update the Diagnostic App Version:
- Launch the Diagnostic App.
- Click the Globe icon in the top-left corner of the Main Home screen.
- Check the version in the 'Software' column:
- Tablet version: Currently installed version
- Server version: Latest available version
- If the Tablet version is lower than the Server version, download the Update.
Note: The Update version may not be displayed if:
- The tablet does not have enough available storage space.
- The Diagnostic App is being used on a secure network that restricts access to the update server.
If the Update version is not displayed:
- On the Main Home screen, click Configuration in the bottom-right corner.
- Go to the Server menu.
- Click 'Reset', and then click 'Save'.
- Return to the Main Home screen and click the Globe icon again to verify the Update version.
Diagnostic App Version by Region
'General' covers Asia, the Pacific, Oceania, Latin America, Africa, the Middle East, Russia, and the CIS.
US Territories covers Guam, Saipan, American Samoa, and Puerto Rico.
