This article provides step-by-step instructions for reporting GPMS failures. It explains how to describe the symptoms, check the Commanager version, attach visual evidence, and provide your GPMS ID. If required, you can collect additional logs by downloading and extracting a file, copying the "mvci" folder, reproducing the issue, and then compressing and sending the folder to support@gitauto.zendesk.com. Support will analyse the logs, recommend available workarounds, and provide updates regarding any fixes.
